I moved in December, and have had numerous problems, only one of which has been patched. I've just discovered mold growing in my AC unit, and am waiting for someone to come and "take a look." They "fixed" the leak in my ceiling by painting it, they painted my tub, then repainted it whenever the paint started chipping, (I'm still not sure why) and only get to cutting the grass about every month. I have small dogs and they don't like going potty outside when the grass is taller than them!

U have to keep on them. Bug them every day for a week and they'll be so tired of hearing it they will send someone down with you half the time. I used to have the same issue, now they see me coming and send someone the next day. Also submit all your request in writing and have them sign a copy for you and date it, this makes them feel you'r willing to take legal action and will handel your issue in a timely mannor. Part of the problem is they are trying to get people to move in here fast, fast, so they spend more time cleaning open apartments instead of handeling the issues with currant tenents. Also something like mold is dangerous and CAN kill you, that you should let the city know about. Good luck.

I know how you feel about how they handle everything here i been here for a total of a year on both sides i am dealing with so much mold it no funny i am now talking with a lawyer. the more people to get involve the better
