We moved in and the area is ghetto. People running around throughout the late hours of the night. When we started up the ice makers, dead roaches and stuff came out. Later to find out the rest of the building is infested and nothings been done about it. Not to mention I can hear the neighbor whiles she's on the John. Also, in our building alone, we've had the cops come 3 times in less than 5 months to investigate robberies on all 3 floors.
