When I first moved here, it SEEMED nice. However, within the first month I realized it was not. My neighbor next to me plays her music way too loud. It caused my children to be upset. Then, when I went to the office about it, they say they will do something and they don't. You can hear everything going on in your neighbors apartment and sometimes, you just do not want to hear it!! You call to have something fixed and still, 3 months later, everything I called about is broke. Nobody has come out to fix this place. There was a shooting outside my bedroom window a month ago and my neighbors house is constantly getting broke into. The police seem to have a nonchalant attitude about things when they do come out here. We have a 'courtesy' cop who isn't courteous at all. When you need them, they tell you to call the Sheriffs office. Lots of shady stuff going on in the office too. For now, and for the last month, we have had NO managemenet. The manager we had couldn't stand it here anymore. Lastly, my son is 8 years old, goes to elementary school. The bus stop is a very dangerous place. He has come home several times after being attacked by other kids (because my son is white and little) one day, he came home bloody from the head because one of them threw a rock at his head. Yea.. and I read the other review about 'ghosts'. Wow, and I thought it was just me.. I hear stuff at night too. I've seen shadows also. Creepy.. This place may look pretty on the outside..but, it's very ugly on the inside.

It's funny how you get reviews from only a couple of people and it's about 100 units. I have read a lot of reviews at other apartments and it seems only the bad comes out of the person giving the review because of their experience. Well, I feel if you have a bad experience anywhere of course your going to give bad reviews. I would like to know what attracted you to the place before you move in. I just hate when people have a problem with something or someone and they really try their best to dog the situation or person. Don't get me wrong cause I can't say you complainers haven't caught hell but, if your still residents then how bad can it be. It you not then you did the right thing you moved.
