Dont move in here! seriously. When we first moved in our apartment was crawling with bugs. After about my 5th trip to the office to complain, finally they sent someone to spray. and it only took about 2 months to get rid of them completly. And if you like to sleep in or go to bed early, bad news. Aparently sitting in your car blaring rap music at all hours of the day is cool. Parking is assigned, but of course there is always someone parked in your spot. And there so called "extra storage space" is the size of a small closet, filled with roaches and such. I hate to call it "ghetto" but it really is. Everyday i walk down my stairs and theres like 5 people just chillen out on the stairs. There are actually times im afraid to walk to my car. Another little perk is the fact that about once a month the fire alarm goes off in the middle of the night, for some unknown reason. Dont worry though it should only take someone about 20 minutes to come turn it off. My air conditioner broke and leaked water all over the carpet. maintence came out 3 different times to try and fix it. meanwhile my carpets molding. honestly, STAY AWAY!

Okay so if there loud noise why font you just call the police and report the loud noise. There a noise level law. Also tell the office about the loitering in your building if it continues call the police.About bugs did u not notice you live in florida? Bugs only stay aroundif the person is filthy or keeping food out. Get some combat 12 months and put them in the unit. Call every week to have the bug guy come out. As for your carpet have you called the office or gone up there to talk to them about it? You just cant expect them to be able to read your mind you have to speak up. Now the firealarm is annoying cant help you there. But Seriously if you expected your storage unit to be large then you should get a house with a garrage. I love to see an apartment community with a large storage area.
