For older apartments ... its is alright

I have lived at Lions Head Apts for about 9 -10 years. The apartments are older, but cannot beat the price. It is mainly quiet at night and most of the people here are ok. The maintence staff are ok and the office staff too are ok. The laundry room is ok, but would rather go to the laundry mat.Only complaint is that the parking lot floods when it rains ... it all depends where you park. There is not too much crime .. given that it is Jacksonville, there are worse areas to live.
