I have never lived in a worse place. I lived on the third floor, for two years and hated just about every day of it. At first the people below me walked around displaying their guns, and made all of the neighbors feel very uneasy. After they moved out a very young couple moved in. The boy would constantly lock out his girlfriend and have very loud parties with hookers. Then the people who moved next door, was a couple in their mid twenties. The husband constantly beat his wife. The walls are very thin, so I was forced to listen to the hooker parties, and the wife getting beat. I called JSO at least once a week for noise complaints. The People who live there have no respect for their neighbors, and do not care about how their actions may affect others. The gate was constantly promised to be fixed, and in the two years that I lived there it never once worked. The office staff is rude, and the change hands about twice a month. My friend's car was broken into, and many items were stolen. Many nights I went to sleep listening to fire crackers, and guns going off. I have never felt so scared to go home as I did when I lived there. Maintance never fixed any problems. The doors and walls leaked whenever it rained really bad, or when they pressure washed the walls. I would always come home to a flooded entry way, and kitchen. This problem to my knowledge has still never been fixed. I would not recommened this place to anyone. Don't be fooled, it really is a crap hole.

I am so thankful for this review. I actually recommended this place to a friend who is a single parent. Upon reading this horrific (yet hilarious) review, we will be staying far, far away from this place!
