I've been a resident at Logan's Pointe for about 4 months now. I have found the apartment itself to be great, when I moved in everything was intact. I agree about the Cable going out everytime it rains, but then again that happens with most cable companies. The staff is very nice and helpful, although maintnence is not very productive. I waited 2 weeks after I moved in to get copies of my keys and ended up having to make my own copies. I had a neighbor drop a can of Spaghetti sauce on the stairwell 2 days ago and it STILL has not been cleaned up by the resident or maintence, considering there's glass. Also, the gate just recently started working and my name was entered incorrectly on the directory and I've been twice to have it corrected and it still has not been fixed. Neighbors can be quite loud late at night and they don't care, but that's not the Complex's fault. The staff on the other hand helped me with a tight situation by allowing me to move in asap, and have always treated me very nicely. Overall, it's a great community to live in, but it's not the best.
