Dont U Ever Ever Come Here From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/16/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   I moved into these apts because my boyfriend thought that it would be a great place to live. Well when I came to check out the apts she only showed me a 2 bedroom and couldn't show me a 3 and till this day I don't know why. The 2 bedroom is small for its size. When we exit the showing of the 2 bedroom the lady said that one of the residents need her ac fixed and it's an emergency and the maintenance (puerto rican big guy)told her that it wasn't no emergency and continued to what he was doing. This should have been a sign for me to not move here but still did. When I signed the lease and entered the apt I found minor things that need to be fixed also it had a washer and dryer in there which it don't supposed to be in there because I have my own. I asked Johanna can the maintenance put in my washer and dryer for me when they remove their and she stated that they cannot do that due to liability reasons. I told her okay I will get my brother and cousin to put it in for me. When I came home the washer and dryer was in which I was grateful for that but in the process they removed the items of my brand new washer and dryer and put their old stuff on there. Then they damaged my hose to my dryer and left it in the dining room. I walked up to the rent office and talked to Johanna the next day I told her that I was grateful for them putting it in for me but due to liability reasons they shouldn't did it and I see why because of the damaged items. She try to make me out to be a liar and she told me that I told him to put it in. How can I do that when I'm a work and the statement that she told me. Then me and him started arguing in the rent office so I waited to talked with Cathy and she took a copy of the pictures of my damage items and put it in the folder and wrote notes on it but didn't write him up (puerto-rican big guy). I just wanted them to replace my hose and he didn't want to do that so I had to go through the Better Business Bureau to see results. In the master bedroom the switch doesn't work which I called several times for them to come out to fix it they will leave a note saying it fix but it's not. Guys gambling by the stairs at night, my homegirls apt was broken into twice, they was robbed when they came home, my neighbor car was broken into, gates didn't work until mid Sept and when I left it was broke again, cannot rent out the clubhouse or have a party at the pool. Also when they terminated my lease they wanted me to pay over 3000 dollars which is not my fault and its their so I contacted the BBB, posting a statement and now I going to see a lawyer for this situation. Bad management that doesn't care about the residents and poor maintenance that don't want to fix anything and would not recommend anyone to move here. DON'T YOU EVEN THINK ABOUT MOVING HERE, YOU WILL REGRET IT!
