I moved in logan's pointe apts about 3mos ago and i regret it i should have known that it would be hell because it was a hassel trying to move in they gave me such the run around i am a single mother of three and my daughter just had a baby boy 2mos ago i am on sec.8 trying to make ends meet sometimes not even eating dinner just making sure my family is okay i work for a temp staffing company catching 4 buses a day trying so very hard but just this past month i had a financial set back which i know to pay late fees after the 3rd what set me back due to miscalculation of there books from when i moved in on july they pro-rated me wrong then hud pulled back the money leaving me a balance to pay of 311.00 plus my intial rent which i don't think was fair but now they are trying to evict me and me kids and of course i would loose my sec.8 voucher which i have had for years ...johanna called me last week at 11:00 yelling telling me to bring in the money in full 608.60 by 12noon then i begged her could i pls get til 5:00 until i get off she said no 2:00 but i couldn't get up that large amt in such short notice i even told her i get pd thurs and i could pay 378.00 and borrow the rest she said know and she would file eviction and that would be 300.extra dollars that i do not have and she said i would loose my voucher i have cried and cried and tried seeking help i am not a bad perosn i don't understand how people like that could be so cruel i understand they have a job to do but she doesn't have to be so mean and nasty but her day will come people like that i don't hate i pray for!!!! but the lord will see me through this but i do know one thing when i get this paid hopefully i will god has already worked it out i will be moving when my lease is up i recommend no one to move in logan's pointe they are money hungry devils and the stride on evicting for any reason so they can get that 300.00!!!!!
