Logan's Pointe is hell. I have lived here for awhile and everything I have read is correct. I could be here all day listing the problems with this property. Here is some of the problems: ceiling and walls leaking with water coming out my outlet (since 2005 stil not fixed right), drug deals in parking lot and park, stuff has been stolen, trash and drugs left on stairs from the drug addicts, rude neighbors, loud music and cars, yelling, cursing, mold on all windows, work orders that don't get done, trash in the pond, a body was pulled out of the pond about a year ago (was on the news), people with weapons, cars and apartments have been broken into, unfinished work orders, trashed carpet, all kinds of bugs, your vehicles will need to be repainted after being hit and scratched, thin walls, gates still don't work, gun fire, safety is always an issue, have you sign a lease on an apartment you don't get to see first, complaints go unresolved. There are cracks on the buildings, walk ways, my kitchen and living room ceilings. This place should have a 0 rating.
