I do not recommend this place this is the worst apartments in Jacksonville.I have lived here for about one year and a half and first of all I will start saying that the office staff is very rude they are not professional.I have seen them sitting and laughing without doing anything during the day.When you ask for infomation or if you need to use any of the facilities they come late to open them.No ceiling fans in the inside the apartments,all of the closest have mold,the appliances in the are old,the ladders are very dirty and with dark spots,neighbors fighting in the morning and night,loud music in cars,street cats all over the place including drinking water from the pool,they do not have housekeeper and I have never seen anyone cleaning the gym when I went inside it was really dirty and stinky.Simply hate worst place I have lived before I thank God that I am not living there anymore and another thing is that there is a lot of empty apartments and people moving out of this awful place every single day.
