Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004
Good Things:Plenty of dumpsters, lawns are maintained, close to most things, affordable rent, lots of parking.
Bad things:Pools are not all maintained, gym is in poor condition, poor lighting in stairwells, thin walls (can hear neighbors and smells come into your home like smoke.)Plan on an extra $30 to $40 extra each month for water which has to be paid with rent.
If you just need a place to call home and work a lot its ok, but if you want a nice place to live with extras they list like the pools and gym you will not be satisfied.
