Check this new story out From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/28/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   Two armed robberies occurred near Londontowne Apartments last weekend. Two Westside men, 34 and 29, were walking to their apartment at 10:28 p.m. March 18 when they were approached from behind by four men. One man, armed with a chrome-colored firearm, demanded their money, car keys and a cell phone, police said. The robbers then fled south into the complex, 1591 Lane Ave. S. Another robbery occurred at at 11:30 p.m. Sunday when a 19-year-old man was approached by two men in front of Londontowne while walking home from work. One man, who wore a black ski mask with a blue bandana around his face, ordered him at gunpoint to give him his money and a cell phone, police said. This neighborhood is not the safest.
