I've lived in Londontowne for going on 2 and a half years now. This place has been STEADILY declining, and the property managers dont give a ----. If your neighbor isnt a drug dealer then they're a gangster. NOTHING ever gets fixed, no matter how many times you complain about it. Over the time that i've been here i've had to have my AC fixed on average once a month. Not that it actually gets FIXED, just recharged untill it inevitably dies again on the hottest day of the week. Leaving a window open is not an option either as of my 3 windows, only ONE actually has a screen, and those come off FROM THE OUTSIDE! Also, the AC units are BUILT INTO the closets, theres no way to get them out if they die completely, and even then, theyre a pain in the ass to maintain. Even changing the filter takes forever. Theres also 5 pools, most of which are closed down for one reason or another, and the largets, has a seemingly permanent 4 foot wide ring of mold just below the water line. Thye pretended to enforce some kind of resident only rule, but just seemingly gave up.
The "fitness center" (which is just 1 machine that seems to be assembled from many other machines they dug out of the trash) was closed for a whole year due to vandalism. Once it was FINALLY fixed, it was again immediatley closed with some kind of problem with the locks.
