I have been here for a year now. It was cool when I first go here. An occasional roach. The ants which are everywhere this time of year. Not much you can do about that. Occasional noise from the teenagers when they are passing by on a Friday night. Then in June my vehicle was stolen from right in front of my apt while my blinds were open and it was broad daylight. I somewhat feel unsafe here. I'm always making sure my doors and windows are locked properly. I have also had major plumbing problems. I have seen the plumber and the maintenance guys more times then I think I need to. If it's not the floor get mysteriously wet (we can't figure out where the water is coming from), it's the ceiling leaking, or the backage coming up out of the sinks, or the toilets stopping up. Other than that, the structure is nice. The layout of the apartments are nice. It's nice and roomy on the inside. Plenty of space. But I wouldn't recommend these apartments to anyone who wants to feel safe.

No, I just winged it. Of course I read it, and I QUOTE: "Other than that, the structure is nice. The layout of the apartments are nice. It's nice and roomy on the inside. Plenty of space." Sounds like compliments to me. What's "nice" about it? Why do I even still care is a better question?
