the office management is very very sneaky ... my phone number hasnt changed in 3 years and when i elected to not renew my lease (due to the numerous amounts of shootings, drug deals, neighbors abusing their wives next door and down stairs, my car almost being stolen, the ants that somehow make it to the 2nd floor, etc etc), i notice that the respect that i was given went downhill... i was told by a member of the office staff to take the couch that i had in my apartment that was my roommmates (long story as to why i had to shove a couch down the stairs) and put it by the dumpster i was then told by wilma that i should have put it in the boat yard... excuse me i am all of 5'2 i was lucky to have even pushed it to the door... so then tells me i have to pay $60 per pound of furniture that was placed in the dumpster (25 pounds to be exact)and on top of that, i shampooed the carpets and even put a fresh coat of paint on the entire interior (the flat eggshell color they have all over the place), replaced the blinds ALL OF THIS WITH MY OWN MONEY because i cared about the condition of the apartment, yet i get slapped in the face with a letter that comes 4 months later to my new address, citing i owe them $1075... since i've moved out i've called them day after day leaving messages with everyone there to have the property manager, call me back... i've left my number so many times and even an email address so you would think someone would contact me, of course not... that'd be too effin easy to do... so i'm going to call the better business bureau and they can deal with londontowne themselves...

I reported LT to as well. The more BBB complaints, the better. People need to be fully aware of not only the tenants, but the shady management as well.

i lived there as well for 3 years. they are all crooks there. wilma steals furinature out of evicted peoples apartments before the law moves them out.
