i have lived in londontowne for over 2 years. at first everything was fine. then the roaches came. we complained they sprayed they went away until a new neighbor with 3 kids moved in. the roaches got worse and worse i keep a clean house so i knew there had to be a problem near me so i befriended the girl downstairs and i went into her apartment. oh my god!!!!! it was so disgusting full of trash, roaches everywhere in the light fixtures, electric box. i started complaining everyday because i have a new baby and i know roaches carry disease even sars virus. they knew she was filthy and did nothing.she got a pitbull(not allowed on breed restrictions) i didnt care until she started to chain it outside all day and it barked all day and tried to kill me and my dog and baby girl when we took a walk nearby. they finally talked to her and her boyfriend said he was dog sitting the dog was there 2 months already and i told them that. finally she got an eviction notice after not paying rent and they still let her stay another 2 months. after she moved out 2 months ago they still havent cleaned her nasty apartment and theres a strong odor and its full of flies. they had a lease signing party and i went because my husband and i cant afford to move yet. when they heard i wanted to be transfered to another apartment because of roaches and my baby will be crawling they took my free gas card and my prize made me leave. later my husband went down there they claimed it was a misunderstanding but never gave me my prizes. my ac broke the other day and they wouldnt come fix it. the answering service said they didnt have the parts but no one came to look at it so how did they know. they never came to fix it at all it was 95 degrees so my husband fixed it it was a screw loose in the mounting. easily fixable.. they act like they care when i call but they never send anyone.we have to do something or they will keep getting away with it. please contact me my number is 904 524 8164. we have to protest or something. this has got to stop before a child gets sick or hurt..please help me we can do it if we ban together. also everyone needs to talk to the better business bureau and ken amaro so they can shapen up
