I will not recommend anyone to Madison Woods Apartment. I can say that they keep maintain the property; but the manager Mrs. Barney is insentative,impatient, self centered,not informative at all and etc. I really feel that people should treat others the same way they want to be treated or would like to be treated. So if you move in; you will probably be moving right back out.

I HAVE LIVED AT MADISON WOODS FOR 4 YEARS AND I HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE MANAGER. MANY TIME I HAVE BEEN IN THE OFFICE WHEN A RESIDENT IS PISSED OFF BECAUSE THEY GOT A LETTER ON THERE DOOR. FOR SOMETHING THEY DID. SELF CENTERED I WOULD SAY SHE KNOWS HER JOB WELL. IMPATIENT...VERY KIND AND FRIENDLY BUT VERY DIRECT ....INFORMATIVE HAVE YOU EVER BEEN TO ANY OF THE MEETING THEY HAVE .... INSENTATIVE SO WHEN YOU DON'T GET YOU WAY THE MANAGER IS INSENTATIVE.....
