This was my first Jacksonville Apartment and I'll tell you, the "no rent for the first month" is not worth it! Ive been living here since May and it is so horrible!The management staff is awesome, but everything else stinks! Parking is a nightmare! My car, my boyfriends car and My cousin (who was Visiting Fl)all 3 of us had our cars vandalized! And they wont fix it unless you have a Police Report. This neighborhood is so stupid even the cops dont come for a call. If you want people to Break into your cars, and you can live with Guns going off RIGHT BY YOUR BEDROOM WINDOW! Then Move here. You cant go to sleep because people sit outside your bedroom window and scream and smoke pot. Your Neighbors blast their music so loud that your pictures fall off the wall. There is no Security at all. There is a gate but its broken. Kids ride their bikes and dont move when your driving, and then they yell at you. and the POlicy is no pets, but there are more stray cats here then there is at the pound! Ive even seen Stray dogs! WE had an incident the other day were a gun went off 10 times by or window. We are breaking the lease and leaving! Dont MOve here! oh! and my stove has been broken for 4 months.

This is so sad. I lived there when it was still Royal Pointe Apartments, back in 1987-1989, and it was one of the best apartment complexes I ever lived in?? quiet, great management team, maintenance came the day you asked for them. Hard to imagine it's all gone to heck. Again, sad.
