Over the past 3 years I have had nothing but problems here. There was a serious water leak from an upstairs neighbor that flooded my entire apartment. To this day I am STILL dealing with a damaged ceiling, carpet, and MOLD. When I asked the manager about it, she sat back in her chair, grinned and said, "I'm doing all I HAVE to do for you." Also, in the "well-lit" front parking lot, my car was broken into and my stereo was stolen. Two months ago, a new management company came in to try to "raise the level of living". That is a lie! The current management team is completely unprofessional, dishonest, and shady. When I asked the property manager for her supervisor's business contact information, she refused and told me "I don't have to give you that information. She'll call you when she can." I've tried to make it work here for 3 years, and nothing. I wish I had left sooner. Don't make the same mistake I did by moving here.

I have also lived in this complex for the last 3 years,the management has changed at least 4 times.The new office staff has taken the cake,they are fixing the empty apartments and moving in themselves.If you are not family of the office staff don't move here.
