Lived here for four months and it started well. Staff was great and responded in a timely manner. Bonnie was great as well as the others but lately everything has changed. You hear people coming home from clubs or where ever at 2-2:30am with their loud music and speeding across the property. They are walking up the stairs and the noise and commotion they are causing is waking you up. Pool is basically a NO No because you can never get it. They do not clean as they should and the place has trash all over it.
As bad as those problems are, the worse problem is with their new staff. They are rude and they do not seems to care for or respect anyone but themselves. This place is not worth the price or headache and to have a gate that seems to not work more than it work is another thing. matter of fact coming home today and there was only half of the gate up. You tell me how that is going to work. The person who made the comment about the dry paint was not lying, joking, or over exgaggerating.

I also noticed an astounding increase in parked cars throughout the community -- can hardly park my car near my building any more. I have suggested a parking decal system and vehicles without a parking decal should be considered non-residents and therefore unauthorized to park there.
