maintenance was only one man and he was worked to death. the gentlemen who is the co-manager is a lair and slow to respond to structural problems in the apartment. the biggest problem with the apartments is that they are OLD and when it rains the roofs LEAK WATER. they came to fix the problem but it did no good. i just moved in June because the rent goes up every year and it is not WORTH the money for an OLD CRUMMBLING DOWN apartment. i been staying there almost two years. the co-manager (man) will tell you anything to get your business. recommend only if temporary and LAST RESORT.
