I thought that when you move in to an apartment it is suppose to be your home. But in this case it is like being in prison. You don't have your freedom you have to do as he say not do as I do. Mr. Shavers and Mrs. Shavers can do anything they want and nothing is said. But that want last for long something can be done and it will be done. Putting people out so you can miss up there credit is very wrong and I am going to stand and lots more will stand with me. Maintance man act as he can't see the drugs that are in this place but they see everything else.

First off, someone should have stayed in school and learned proper grammar and spelling. None of this is true, the rules are in place for the safety and security of all the residents here. Malibu Gardens is a very quiet property and Mr.Shavers keeps it that way, Nuff Said!!!
