After reading the 2 previous reviews, I feel compelled to set the record straight about the issues. I have lived here for over 5 years and yes the rules are strict; especially the loitering rule. But I truly understand the reasoning behind it, nobody wants to live on a property where people are hanging around all over the place. I support the manager and his actions to keep this property safe; in a world where crime is everywhere, at least here its at a minimum. As long as I've lived here, I hardly hear from the office (not a bad thing) it simply means that I'm living within the rules and regulations here; the point is not do anything to get the attention of the office. Keep bucking the system and the system will eventually buck you off. Mr. Shavers has always been very professional and nothing like a warden.
