ah, Mandarin Pines....

Poor management - Hardly EVER there. They take about a three hour lunch break. And do not care in the least about any issues involving residents (more on this later). The only person who was there three out of five times to help us was the maintenance guy, who seems to be the only decent person there.

Shoddy apartments - Holes (large holes) in walls and they attempt to cover some up by placing duct tape over them and painting it. mhmm...

Unsafe environment - "Someone" (suspecting my neighbors) tried breaking into my apartment while my girlfriend was home sleeping only a week and a half after moving in. My neighbors consist of 6 immigrants living in a one bedroom that constantly drink Coronas and stare at us whenever we go outside, not to mention also deal drugs out of their apartment. When confronting management about them, she completely blew it off as if there was nothing she could do about six people living in a one bedroom. She also didn't seem too concerned about our attempted break in. The only thing she DID seem concerned about was the fact that I put in my 60 day notice to break the lease, which means no commission for her. So now she just acts nasty to us, as we patiently wait for August to come.

So in conclusion, if you ENJOY management gone awry, noisy creepy immigrants, drug dealing, getting your apartment broken into, etc., then Mandarin Pines is the place for you! bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC

I have to agree that management SUCKS...I knew someone who worked there and said that the Manager, let's call her "Q", would ALWAYS close the office she cared more about being away from the office than being there and she would say let's charge them what we can to take there deposit when they move out and also if you overpaid your rent she would take the extra money and never tell you about it so that is extra money for the owner. Conclusion to story...that's why she is still there b/c she makes them money and that's all they care about..oh yeah and she was arrested before for embezzlement. Scary to think that she is the one handdling your rent each month, huh???

She was fired and arrested for stealing. There is a new manager now. A racist pig by the name of Debbie Hughes. I understand people may be illegals but all people deserve respect. Get you attorneys ready. You'll have a good discrimination case coming your way.
