I read the previous reviews and I think they deserve a better rating. I think before the current management company took over it was a bad place to live but i have to say the staff members are hard workers and they have very nice apartments. They are small but for one to two people that work, they are great. Mine has new carpet and was very clean when I moved in. I had a problem with my mailbox and the staff took care of it immediatley. I know apartments can get a bad reputation but this place cares about their people. I agree there are spnaish people here but they have to follow rules just like everyone else and management enforces everyone to follow rules. I have to give the place a thumbs up!
