there was a leak in the apartment next to mine, had water gushing out the concrete, my room flooded and my hot water went out, its been out for over 3 weeks now and i cant get a straight answer from anyone. no one is setting a date for a plumber to come out.

I believe by law they have 10 days to respond. I'd see an attorney.
