I've lived here for about 5 1/2 months now and it has been for the most part a nice experience. The hot water sometimes goes away for a day or two but that hasn't happenced for months now. It's not really that big of a deal to me anyway. The maintenance crew has fixed any problems I've had fairly quickly and the office staff have been very polite. All in all, you do get what you pay for but things have been pretty smooth and for being my first apartment, I'd say everything has been good for the price.

*****Update - 2/14/09*****

This is an update to my 8/29/08 review. I'm moving out when my lease is over. I've been through bed bugs, extreme cold in my apartment, terrible hot water pressure, etc. The construction of this place is awful. I can't wait to get out of here. Please do not move here, STAY AWAY!!!

As far as the staff goes, that is a completely different story. The office staff have always been very nice and helpful when I had problems. The maintenance crew always came quick to repair whatever problems I had. I don't have any beef with these people, just the complex itself and the people who live around me. I know I got those bed bugs from some other apartment b/c the pest control guy told me that I did. So here is the scoop:

Mandarin Pine complex: Like S*@t!
