i hate it here. All these bad reviews are right you get what you pay for. They were recently in the news for not having heat here- SOMETHING THEY DO NOT TELL YOU UP FRONT OR WHEN YOU SIGN THE CONTRACT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This complex is on what is call a boiler system- so you only have either heat or air conditioning, you never have both options. In otherwords, since they FINALLY have turned the heat on i won't be able to use the air conditioning, until they switch the entire system back which takes 48 hours THEY SAY.

Also recently the hot water stopped working and didn't work for about 48 hours. No one knew what was going on and when they finally had to shut the water off to fix it, they didn't even warn us!! So suddenly we were without water all together for about 6 hours!!

I'm getting out asap! I hate this place! I wish I would have been smart enough to read these reviews before moving here and signing a lease :-(

P.S. To the tenant in the last post who is getting a lawyer to get out of your lease, let me know how that goes I probably will be next to bat.

notes on the ratings:
Parking... adequate but not safe, people are always hanging out in the parking area, driving fast through it, cops come through here alot (although management says that a good thing, whatever)
Noise IS A SERIOUS PARTY... I mean Problem!!! Loud music, people talking way too loud outside, yelling across the complexes, no one is respectful here.
Grounds... you get what you pay for.
Safety... try walking around here at night before you think about moving in.
Construction... (you get what you pay for, cheap rent = cheap materials)
maintenance, the workers are nice enough but this place is in need of some serious help!!
Staff, just tells you what you want to hear and lies to cover up themselves, they have no control of this place OBVIOUSLY.
Overall- pay the extra $100 and put in the extra time and find somewhere else!!!
