i'm a resident at mandarin trace, and trust me you dont want to live here. the parking sucks and the manager "wahli" is an absoulte -----. she has no respect for the tenants(me my friends and i'm sure some other tenants), no respect at all. she literally acts like she owns this damn place. she is ----- and needs to be fired.

i lived there for way to long and walli and joy will make you miserable, not post notices for any inspections, call dcfs numerous times, lie on your credit report, and whatever else they feel like. my advise to you is to write a letter to phyllis- you will have to be very persistent with getting her address from them, she will not speak to you until she receives a letter. This is the only reasonable way I have been able to deal with those two-three- we shall include benji- he acts just like them

I know all these people, I lived there meny years. I did my paper work like I was to do on time and reported my job Income like it was to be. Keep my house up, Not a slob like you must be. I did not have people living with me like you must do. They always put notices out, I SEE THEM DO IT.
