I came to this site by complete accident. I read the poor reviews previously left...those could've been left by me! We had very similar horrible experiences with the management. Do not believe anything they tell you. We got all kinds of smiles and "we'll take care of it" responses but in the end nothing they promised was ever done. Pool closed at odd times and no notice, same with hottub, only trash at front of complex that is a pain, parking is horrendous!!! Gate was not working in 2 years we were there, but of course that was "being fixed" the day we signed our lease. Beaware of all your rights! Our rent was increased on us AND WE WERE GIVEN NO NOTICE...They charged us a "termination fee" EVEN WHEN WE GAVE A FULL 60 DAY NOTICE, and it is a 1000.00 fee. When we finally got out we also got our 1500.00 cleaning and damage fee!!! I have lived in many apartment complexes this is by far the worst ever, regrets only for experience there. By the way, you can clean your heart out (even have a professional come in) and they will STILL charge you!!! AND, just try to get out of them exactly WHO is their management company!!! I tried for 2 years and receeved the "we can't tell you that information" from every managment employee, from rental agent to the manager.
