Horrible Office Manager

The apartment complex is nice, however the office manager needs a lesson in customer service. The one time I called to make a complaint the office manager acted very disinterested and was extremly rude while talking to me. Certainly not the type of attitude I need when I pay to live there. Also the hot tub is always breaking down and takes weeks to get repaired.
