UNFORTUNEATELY I STILL LIVE HERE ONLY TO "HOPE" THAT NOTHING WILL HAPPEN WHEN I MOVE OUT. THE OFFICE STAFF IS HORRIBLE, AND BI**HY AND DOESNT CARE ABOUT ANYONE BUT THEMSELVES AND CAUSING AS MUCH PAIN TO OTHERS AS THEY CAN, DONT TRY TO TALK TO THEM, THEY'LL ONLY GET PISSED AND KICK OUT OUT OF THEIR OFFICE AND THREATEN YOU WITH A RESTRAINING ORDER. MY KITCHEN FLOOR IS FALLING THROUGH TO THE FIRST FLOOR AND THEY TELL ME THAT THE BUILDING IS SETTLEING AND IT'S NORMAL. MY FLOOR IS FALLING THROUGH TO THE FIRST FLOOR COME ON!!!! PARKING IS THE WORST EVER, I HAVE A BETTER CHANCE OF FINDING A PLACE TO PARK AT A FOOTBALL GAME. ONE TRASH DUMP (AT THE FRONT OF THE COMPLEX) VERY ATTRACTIVE. GREAT SECURITY GATES, NEVER HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT GETTING LOCKED OUT, THEY'RE STUCK OPEN, BUT THEY ARE WORKING ON GETTING IT FIXED. I WILL SAY THIS, THEY DONT LIKE YOU, JUST YOUR MONEY. AND AFTER YOU LEAVE I AM TOLD, THEY TRY TO GET EVEN MORE OF IT. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, DONT LIVE HERE. FIND A MUCH BETTER PLACE!!!!

my mom lived there in the late 90's and early 2000's. I see parking is still a problem. Is there still a mold problem too?

I have never had an issue with the management. The office staff, both the last one and this new one, has been very pleasant. We have been living here, since July 2004 and really enjoy it. We have had an issue with termites, but it lasted only a couple of days because they got the exterminator out, within 24 hours. Every time, I call about a problem it's dealt with in less than 1 hour. The only problem I have is parking. I really wish they would assign, at least, one space per unit, to paying residents!!!
