I moved out of Mariner's Club 3 years ago because of financial problems, but it was the best apt. community I had ever lived in. The office staff was always friendly and most of our maintenance requests were completed within 24 hours. The apartments themselves are beautiful and spacious. You pay a little more than elsewhere, but I think it's worth it for the size of the apartment and the fact that they are fairly new. Even when I had to break my lease, the office staff was helpful and made arrangements with me to pay the termination fee in installments. I had no problems getting my deposit back and I didn't receive any of these "cleaning fees" that some of the other reviews mentioned. The office does give you a list of the cleaning fees before you move out, so it's best to check over that list and make sure each item is cleaned so you won't be charged a fee. The only problem I had was with noise...the walls are kinda thin and we could always hear our neighbor's stereo. The fact that there's only one dumpster was also a problem.Maybe things have changed since I lived there, but I know it at least USED to be a nice place!
