They damaged our credit (put a $600 cleaning fee on there for only god knows what!!!!), office staff was horribly rude and acted as if you are a pain in their butt when you have a problem (umm, hello, I've never paid as much rent anywhere as we did there, and they should have NO right to act like we are a pain!!), hot tub was ALWAYS broken, pool was always closed, I could go on and on. The one thing I can give them credit for is the place looks nice. The appliances are new, nice sized rooms, beautiful porch, etc. Then again, I would expect that for over $1,300 a month for a three bedroom. My biggest beef was the staff. They were just horrible.

Here we go again! This is obviously someone with a grudge b/c they left their apt. in bad condition and were held responsible. I happen to know someone in a 3 bedroom here and his rent is only $1,190.00 a month. This review is a terrible exageration from someone who for some reason or another thinks that they should be able to trash someones property and not have to pay the consequences. Why else would they have been charged with a cleaning bill? In addition, I shopped around in the area before moving here and found that Mariner's Club was the cheapest and had the biggest floor plan. See for yourself.

I have to saythey are right . Im currently moving out and hav epayed to have the place cleaned and re pained by a privetly owned company . I replaced the damage done by our shoes and finger prints to walls. I had the carpet cleaned and now they want to charge me 500$ in additional cleaning. And told me i owe them rent for a month i didnt live therE? How crazy is that . How can you be forced to pay for something you didnt even get? i move dout at the end of my lease and they want another months rent? I think no . Beware their towfaced replies.
