Well, as far as the actually apartments, they are VERY nice. All the apts are very new and nicely kept. All of the carpeting, appliances, paint, bathrooms, etc. are new. I was very impressed with hous enice the place is. However, the management SUCKED. they were very rude and made our lives hell. My husband and I lived there for a year. When we moved out we left the place sparkleing clean. Still they sent us to collections saying we owe like 6 or 700 dollars. Now we are having a hard time finding another apartment complex b/c of the history on our credit due to the Mariners Club. We has a chocolate lab that used the bathroom out front ( we took bags to pick it up EVERY TIME) but still got a note on our door EVERY day threatening to evict us b/c of the dog poops. Our apt door was right by a sidewalk where MANY people walked their dogs, needless to say it wasn't always ours!
We had several eviction notices b/c we had an occasional friend sleep over. They claimed we had other people "living" with us. YA right!!!!
The overall experience was "okay" but I wouldnt choose to go back there. We had too many problems and felt very unwelcome.
