Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
Ther is a lot of Bugs. Mostly Roaches.
There is never any parking.
Thay do not give you $100. for rent for gering a friend to move in.
They promesed me a massage one's a month. but it was not true. I got 2 the hole year i lived there.
Oh yes they do not pay the massage therapist.
the gate will never get fixed. It has not worked for over 6 years.
When you look at the apartment it looks rilly good. but thay are not. I got a one bed. and it was nothing like the other apartments. that they had. i cride when i moved in.
I did not have problems with mildew. but the person next to me did. it was prity bad.
if you are planing to move in ther talk to the people that live ther first.
