now called Banyan Bay, this is one of the nicest complexes i've ever been to, much less lived at. the staff is friendly & helpful. the entire complex has been renovated & updated. rent was affordable & VERY military friendly. any problems we ever had, the few that there were, were fixed almost immediately. it's safe, it's clean & it's people friendly - families, military, college kids, elderly.
