When my family and I first moved in these apartments, we felt comfortable with the place. However, for the money that they charge a month, they don't live up to their standards of being upscale living. Our apartment has alot of minor things that needs to be fixed, and we were REASSURED....that it would be fixed in no time. Its been over two months since then and STILL noone has came out to take care of the problems. You cant call maintenence directly if an something comes up, you have to call the office first, and rely on them to put in a trouble call, if they get around to doing it. I had to call numerous times to see if someone will come out to fix my problems, and i find that my order has been deleted. And this makes the third time That this has happened. ALSO!!!! I understand that people have dogs and cats, BUT IF you cannot CLEAN UP BEHIND YOUR PET....THEN YOU DONT YOU NEED TO HAVE THEM PERIOD. AND MANAGEMENT DOES NOTHING ABOUT THE PROBLEM!!! I think people should be evicted if they are caught not cleaning up after their pets!!! WARNING! DO NOT WALK ON THE GRASS! WALK AT YOUR OWN RISK!!! People pay for top quality, noone should have to live in broken down apartments and walking in poop all the time.
