I agree! This place is over priced and most of the staff SUCK! The kids are bored and don't have anything to do but to walk around and start trouble, I suggested doing activities like they did years before, but do you think they put that in the budget??? Hell to the no! The --- ass manager is a total douche bag and is rude! I do not recommend this place to anyone who wants to have peace and quiet. You have loud college kids who party every day of the week and people who think drag racing in the complex is cool, people play their rap music loud and have no respect for other people. What has this world come to??? The gate has NEVER worked it's a joke and will never be fixed, and to be honest when it was working you had to drive through and swipe you card or PAY EXTRA for a keypad, the gate took forever to open anyhow, that's piss poor planning. The children around the complex destroy everything, they vandalize cars break into apartments and destroy the gym, which the gym is a joke, 2 treadmills butted up side by side is weird! And the pins are removed from all the equipment! Shall I go on? Or are you getting my drift?? Reconsider, if you're going to pay this much money for rent go to the Enclave next door and spend the extra money even if you have to stop eating out and cut back on certain things lol it's well worth it!

There is a lot of truth to these posts, but I will offer my opinion too. First, the trash compactor has been overflowed on a few occasions, but let's see why...how about the RESIDENTS who throw furniture in it and jam it up!! There is a spot set aside for trash collection to pick up. Many of the RESIDENTS will throw the trash in the bin and not push the button that says "compact". So, the trash issue isn't a fault of the management or staff, it's the dumb a$$ residents who bring it on themselves. The gate issue...sure, it would be nice to live in a gated community, but the design of the apartment complex makes it useless and impractical. Most of the apartments have access to side streets anyway, so unless you had a fence around the whole complex, what good does a gate do. The other fact about the gate - (I happen to live right by the gate) once again a design flaw with the complex - if the gates were closed, the traffic would be backed up at 5pm when everyone is coming in from work. People, leave the gate issue alone. It's a useless point. Like I said, unless you have a fence around the whole complex, a gate closed or open does you no good. Drag racing - well true, but exaggerated. There are some bone heads (fast and furious wannabees)who will drive loud obnoxious cars faster than what is prudent, but mostly the people who drive through the area are respectful. Loud music? Yeah, from time to time I will hear some, but personally I find it few and far between when I do. Admittedly the complex is kinda big, so there may be an issue on the other side of the apartments. The gym: yup, a disappointment. A couple of treadmills, a stationary bike, an elliptical trainer and an exercise station with a variety of lifting you can do, but as mentioned in an earlier post, pins are missing, equipment is broken. you CAN work out, but I would get a workout elsewhere until the equipment is fixed and some more stuff brought it. There IS room for more stuff. Other things not mentioned: pool is ok, but hours have been changed according to what is posted, but not strictly enforced. Pool is nice. Hot tub is broken or closed off most of the time. Some of it is mechanical, some of it is tenant caused. (C'mon people, you don't need to have intimate times in the hot tub!) Overall, the hot tub has worked somewhat half of the time. Kids playground equipment. It's there. what can I say? It definetly could be upgraded, repaired, or cleaned up. I have only seen kids playing on it maybe twice. I walk by it almost daily and it seems kinda run down and I know there are parts missing off of it. Sure the brochure they hand out makes it look nice, but the brochure is old, and the playground equipment isn't even the same as in the picture. Repairs? I have had "minor" issues. Some fixed pretty quickly, some not even addressed. AC in the summer wasn't cooling properly. (not totally broken, but not great) It was fixed same day. Keypad on my garage unit doesn't work. Not even fixed. (I have to access keypad on garage unit next to it - not serious issue, but it should be fixed and hasn't been) Parking? I can get a spot close to my door 98% of the time. Sometimes I may have to walk around the corner, but mostly I get a spot. Is there an issue? Maybe, but I really haven't seen it. If you want your "own" spot, buy a house. Bugs? I have seen one roach (palmetto bug) since I've lived here. No infestations in my apartment. What I have seen though is fleas! I've had a dog for years, and I have never had a flea issue until I moved back to Florida. Is this place a "hell hole" ghetto? No. Is it perfect? no. I've lived in a house, and apartments. There are advantages and disadvantages to both. For the price though, I am totally satisfied. Relatively quiet. some issues, but I saw apartment complexes with much more crime, trash, loud music, etc. when I was looking... I'd recommend this place to anyone, but keep in mind, this is apartment living with the good and bad that come with living in one.
