I have lived at Mayfaire for 2 years now in the loft. I love the unique floor plan, I feel like I am in a house instead of a apartment! The property is nice also, they have just painted all the buildings and installed gates that actually work! All my maint. concerns have been taken care of immediatley. The people in the office and management company have always been nice and very helpfull with any concerns that I may have. The resident parties are alot of fun. I have met many of the other tenants.
