The Mayfaire looks very nice and the 2 bedroom with loft has a lot of windows and a lot of light comes in. You will hear the college kids partying very loudly on any given night. Office staff not service orriented. Maintenance takes a long time to get to and take care of problems. Parking fine unless the college kids are partying, then you're looking on the other side of the building. The new gate never works and its only a couple months old. And they have it programmed to leave the incoming gate open and the outbound closed, so people start going out the entrance so they don't have to wait on the gate to open and when it's broken you're going in the exit. Security system monitored at your discretion, but set to beep when doors or windows open regardless. Then when the thing goes crazy and starts beeping at night, the office's solution is to disconnect, not fix. The place is definitely over-priced for the hassles you deal with.
