Staff is not empowered or authorized to do much of anything. It's like talking to a brick wall.
Apartments are in poor condition with serious problems undetectable upon first walk-through. There is a bug problem and the grounds are unkempt. The pool is rarely clean and hot tub is a greenish color. Overall, this complex is not worth your time and is a waste of your hard-earned money. Don't throw it away!
