Unattentive Staff, Overpriced.
Staff failed to repair frontdoor lock, slept in car in parking lot in front of my apartment, until maintenance person showed up the next morning to repair.
On two occasions the the main gate failed to work, when confronting the staff about a gate card that did not work i was simply told, Oh they shut the gate off lastnight, So working night shift as i do, i guess i'm not allowed to access the complex when i return around midnight from work. Ain't buying it.
