Terrible management company.

The management company for Mayfaire at Windsor Parke is teh worst I have ever dealt with. They do not take care of problems when you ask them to. I have had maintenance issues go unaddressed for over a month.

It seems the only way the take care of your maintenance requests is to put it in writing and send it to their sorporate headquarters.
