I am definitely unimpressed with this community. Initially it seems like a decent place, but still not quite living up to its "luxury apartment" title.

There is a rather serious pest problem, especially with carpenter ants that seem to have visibly ravaged much of the wood structure to the point the wood has grown soft and appears to be caving in certain spots. For the first few weeks after you have moved in, expect to have to spray on your own for pests indoors and constantly finding various dead bugs throughout your unit.

Maintenance (the crew) itself wasn't too bad other than the fact that you will have to call the office staff at least 4 or more times to get service with no estimate as to when you should expect someone to be coming by. So, you will have to prepare for unexpected maintenance visits which can become extremely inconvenient if you are away due to work, school, etc.

The particular unit that was rented was quite unimpressive with a filthy bath tub and dead bodies of pests throughout.

Recently, the outgoing mail slots in the mail center has been pried open and has remained that way for a MONTH. So you are unable to drop off outgoing mail and have to actually get in your car and drop it off somewhere else. A BIG INCONVENIENCE. They are supposedly aware about it, but as far as actually making any effort to repair it seems to be nonexistent.

The major issue is the fact that they leased out units without even bothering to inform new residents that the units would be sold in a month after you have moved in. So, you could unknowingly sign for a lease term only to find out that you will have to vacate at the end of your lease or earlier unless you decide to buy a run down apt. turned condo without any renovations or improvements. So already paying the hefty deposits and fees moving expenses, most people will have to move again after only residing for a few months. Terrible.

The rent is quite high for consistently broken gates (recently, they've been open at all hours of the day), paper thin walls leaving very little noise control, pest problems, and really poor service from the front office staff.
