I lived here by myself and along with everyone else "thought" from the exterior appearance it was nice...and as "Condo" time came closer management became didn't seem to care except for the "exterior" appearance to bring in the SUCKERS

I worked 10 to 12 hours a day and basically only slept there, wear and tear was as it was when I moved in...and as with any apt near the base or college get ready for party weekends, nights, mornings and parking nightmares

The mirrors were rusted in the bathrooms, the bathroom fans didn't work, an attack of terminites in May was so bad they swarmed an entire king size bed, roaches coming from the kitchen and AC duct, generic 1970 "metal" bifold doors, PLASTIC kitchen faucet that snapped at the base and became a "fountain", cheap cabinets covered in resin plastic...and to sum it up...you can hear everything, yes EVERYTHING from the bedroom above you, I don't mind someone's music or TV but the bedroom noise overflow was rather disgusting

When I moved from here - even though I watched them replace carpet in every unit that was "selling" or on the market...they tried to take me for everything in way of damages...I might as well refurbished the unit myself...
