Melrose Apartments

hate it! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/25/2005 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005   I still currently live here only because it's close to UNF. I had a few psycho roommates that the office staff would do nothing about. One of my roommates smoked weed in the apartment constantly and when i complained to the office staff they said they had to 'smell' it before they could evict her. When I got them to come up and see that she was smoking weed in the apartment they wouldnt do anything about it. The pothead also left the door wide open at 4 in the am...which i also complained about and again nothing was done. They didnt try to talk to her or anything. So in order to evict the druggie me and my other roomate had to call the police ourselves because they wouldnt do a damn thing about it. I guess recieving rent was more important than me and my other roommates. The stupid key cards are always getting deactivated and the guards at the gate shack are rude with exception to the woman who works there at night.
