way better than the dorms From: nicola2003 Date posted: 5/24/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005 1 response   I had a 9 month lease and had no problems at all durring the 9 months. I didn't know my 2 roommates when I moved in and we barely see eachother. Worked out nicely. I would much rather live here then go back to the doorms. 200% better. The people who hate melrose are most likely the ones that have never lived on their own and have extremly high expectations of what to expect from an apartment. Melrose is nice. You get your own bed room and bathroom. Fairly cheep and close to campus. What more could a student want really'
