Don't let the tours and the "friendly" staff fool you at first From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/17/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   This place is horrible. I swear to God the management staff is an average of 19 and they are the most clueless and unhelpful bunch of rejects I think I have ever ran into. EVERYTHING in the apartment will break at some point, so if you live here just go ahead and expect it. However, don't expect them to fix it in any less than a month. The "New Melrose" is a gimmick and it's still the same old ----. Partying is every night almost. And there was even a shooting outside my complex. They even WENT UP in pricing! So i can no longer say it is even a reasonable price. Stay away from this hell hole.
